• The 4510 portable enameled wire scraper imported from Germany "ABISOFIX" is composed of two independent parts: the body of the stripper and the governor. The model is lightweight and flexible to operate. It is specially designed for the manufacture of coil electrical appliances and other industries. The body consists of an electric motor and a paint stripping blade.There are three independent hard blades on the blade, which can completely remove any hard insulating paint, enamel paint, ML, Lsonel, etc. on the wire surface without damaging the copper wire itself, and the paint stripping work is fast and safe without serious pollution and hazards. 4510 paint stripper is equipped with three different models of blades for different sizes of wire diameter.

Installation & Use

     Extend the enameled wire into the center of the tool holder, press the start switch, and the motor will turn. Slowly pull the enameled wire out of the tool holder and the stripping is complete.

     According to the different wire diameter of the enameled wire, adjust the speed of the blade. The finer the wire diameter, the lower the speed needs to be, and the thicker the wire diameter, the faster the speed will be adjusted.
