AT-100 Electrothermal Skinning Pliers
The AT-100 electrothermal peeling forceps use Zhongshan Tongcai Hardware's latest design of thermal knives, which are widely used in fine operation occasions such as cutting, hot stripping, hot shoveling, and hot scraping. Suitable for hot stripping of wires with very small wire diameters (minimum unlimited) or very large wires (maximum 6.35 mm). Conductors with a wire diameter greater than 6.35 mm can be processed with the new HOTNIFE.The built-in heating wire is completely sealed in the cutter head, and the temperature range is adjustable from 149 ℃ to 843 ℃, which can effectively remove various materials, greatly improve thermal efficiency, reduce power consumption, prevent oxidation, and eliminate maintenance. Flexible adjustable stripper length limit allows accurate control of the stripping length of the enameled wire.
