  Select the appropriate paint stripping wheel, install it on the machine, place the enameled wire in the middle of the two paint stripping wheels, adjust the two paint stripping wheels until the enameled wire is gently clamped, hold the coil part by hand and then start the switch to test the paint stripping effect. The pressure of the contact surface between the paint stripping wheels can be adjusted to control the desired paint stripping effect.

  When working, the enameled wire is placed in the middle between the two stripping wheels, and then the enameled wire is easily pulled out from between the stripping wheels, and the stripping work is completed, because when the machine is working, the stripping wheel rotates at a high speed to grind off the insulating paint or oxide of the enameled wire, and the stripped enameled wire has a bright and clean surface.

  When the surface of the nylon fiber paint stripping wheel is uneven or uneven during work, it will cause broken wires or unclean paint stripping. At this time, the paint stripping wheel needs to be trimmed. You can use abrasive cloth to trim and polish the paint stripping wheel until the two peeling wheels can be in smooth contact, and the paint stripping wheel can be trimmed regularly during work, which can increase the service life of the paint stripping wheel.
