According to the knife head specifications in the attached table, select the appropriate knife head to install on the machine front end chuck, insert an enameled wire in the middle of the knife head, use a fixed wrench to adjust the chuck to gently clamp the enameled wire using the knife head, then exit the enameled wire, after activating the switch, hold the coil part in your hand and gently push the enameled wire into the high-speed rotating knife head until it reaches the preset paint stripping length, then carefully exit the enameled wire, the paint stripping work can be completed,If necessary, the caliber of the cutter head can be adjusted by relaxing the same tightening chuck to control the desired paint stripping effect, because when the machine is started and the cutter head rotates at a high speed, the insulating paint or oxide of the enameled wire is removed, the paint stripped enameled wire, and the surface of the copper wire is bright and clean.Set the required paint stripping length, you can loosen the fixed screws of the chuck, after exiting the chuck, you can see the limit thimble of the paint stripping length, adjust the limit thimble through the fixed screw, you can set and control the paint stripping length of the enameled wire.
